Mountain Experience

One day tour

Peak Korab, National Park Mavrovo

Definitely the most popular hiking tour in Macedonia. There are many reasons for this. The most important reason of course, is that it is a matter of climbing on the highest peak in Macedonia, however it is not the only reason to have this tour. The movement takes place through the most beautiful mountain localities in Macedonia, with fantastic views and landscapes and rich biodiversity. During most of the tour we sense the smell of the Mediterranean. The access to the starting hiking point is through the vivid canyon of the Upper sleeve of Radika River. After the end of the tour we have traditional lunch in Mavrovo, and there is also an option to visit the famous Bigorski Monastery dedicated to the Saint John the Baptist.
