National Park Shar Mountain, Jelachki Crn Vrv (Jelak Black Peak)

Jelak Black Peak is known for its dark outlook and steep form, as well as the top of the mountain, which has a ledge-looking peak that gives off a beautiful addition to the mountain itself. In its own way, unique in the Shar Mountain National Park, but also very specific for the mountains and hiking in the Western Balkans.

As the trail starts, you go through many beautiful parts of the mountain, which later lead to the large pine forest. The forest is full of mysteries and undiscovered miracles waiting to be seen. Going through the forest itself makes you feel like you truly have a connection to it and whatever it may have in it.

Before you reach the beautiful dark peak, you may see the former mountain hut of Jelak. It’s a new hut that was made not too long ago, since the first one got ruined. But all of that ends with the Black Peak Jelak itself; that journey surely explained why it has the name “Black Peak Jelak” and why it’s so majestic and glamorous to see.

If you want to especially see the peak and ruined hut of Jelak, then this part of the offer gladly gives an option for exactly that. And you might get to know the true story behind it and the mountain full of mysteries.

The Black Peak Jelak gives off a beautiful view of the middle part of the Shar Mountain and the surroundings around it. So, if you’re ready for a true miracle adventure, then this mountain is exactly what you’re looking for.
