Mount Bistra is a mountain that gives off a calm energy that awakens your relaxed self and leaves a healing touch. This mountain has a soft and full base with one of the most gorgeous landscapes and panoramas ever seen not only in National Park Mavrovo, but also in Macedonia and more widely in the region of the Western Balkans. The hiking trail and mountain itself are very open and calming areas; they relieve any stress with every step you take on the mountain.

The peaks has a wonder-full view that makes it easy to see more mountains and places surrounding Mount Bistra. The trail starts off at 1.650 meters near Carevec and gives an easy start to the tour.

Everybody has to know that the right clothing and equipment is essential for a successful mountain trip. There will be some items and travel clothes which you will want to pack for the journey which will not be required on the tour in the mountains, so these may be left at your hotel and collected at the end, a light fold away small bag is useful for these items.
