National Park Mavrovo is like a record for the most amazing free-riding regions and unbelievably surreal mountains.

With this offer, you have a chance to climb and ski down the highest peak in Mount Bistra-Medenica and also to climb the highest peaks in Macedonia, Peak Golem Korab, and enjoy free riding down as well as continuing from Kepi Bard as you ride down the slopes with pure enjoyment.

Free riding in National Park Mavrovo is like nothing else. Many say the same about allotments of mountains, but here you even see for yourself that it’s true.

Being a true free rider is where you feel free yourself; you know you are safe in the mountains, and nothing could possibly beat or replace what you have or what you’re enjoying at the moment.

Program

  • Morning transfer to the National Park Mavrovo
  • Ski touring to the top of the highest peak on Mount Bistra Medenica Peak 2163m
  • Freeriding on the slopes of Medenica Peak and Manastirishte area

Equipment

Everybody has to know that the right clothing and equipment is essential for a successful mountain trip. There will be some items and travel clothes which you will want to pack for the journey which will not be required on the tour in the mountains, so these may be left at your hotel and collected at the end, a light fold away small bag is useful for these items. The following list is a combination of suggestion, advice and our experience of what you will need. For additional information’s do not hesitate to contact us. This is what we think essential for safety and basic comfort.
